On November 22-26, 2021, the Rector of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University Oleh Oleksandrovych Novomlynets joined the delegation of the Ministry of Education and Science in the Republic of Uzbekistan headed by the Minister of Education and Science Serhiy Shkarlet.

During the working trip, he met with his Uzbek colleagues at the Islam Karimov Tashkent State University and the Bukhara Institute of Engineering and Technology. The purpose of the meeting was to promote inter-institutional cooperation, internationalization of the educational process and the opening of new opportunities for higher education seekers of all free economic zones.

The meeting resulted in the signing of cooperation and virtual academic mobility agreements between the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University and the Islam Karimov Tashkent State University, as well as cooperation agreements with the Bukhara Institute of Engineering and Technology. We hope for further fruitful cooperation for the development of higher education in our countries.
