In October 2024, the winners of the All-Ukrainian Creative Works Competition among Youth 2024, held by the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service and the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, were solemnly awarded.

Among them was Oksana SHUBA, a second-year student of specialty “Philosophy” (Educational Program “Analytics of Socio-Political Processes”) at the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University.

The competition was open to young people aged 14 to 35, either individually or as part of creative teams. This year the contest was held in 7 nominations: “Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men”; “Political Education and Political Culture”; “Rebuilding and Restoring the Education System under Martial Law”; “Public Service of My Dreams”; “Restoring Ukraine on the Values of Human Rights”; ‘Efficiency Tools in Public Institutions”; “Youth in the Public Administration System: New Approaches and Prospects”.

O. Shuba’s work “Motivation of Modern Youth to Actively Participate in Social and Political Activities” won in the nomination “Political Education and Political Culture”.
