Business Practice within the TURBO Program: Mentorship Session with Yevhen Vorozhko
Participants of the micro-credit educational program for retraining and social adaptation of internally displaced persons under the TURBO project continue to deepen their understanding of the modern business environment. In collaboration with the NGO “Chernihiv European”, the Business Practice module is being actively implemented — combining inspiration, real-world experience, and practical cases from entrepreneurs and business leaders.
One of the key events was the mentorship session led by Yevhen Vorozhko, Commercial Director for Key Accounts at AB InBev Efes Ukraine JSC, held on November 7.
During the session, participants explored current consumer trends shaping the modern market and learned how to integrate them into effective business strategies. Yevhen Vorozhko shared his practical insights on strategic business planning in conditions of uncertainty, emphasizing the importance of adaptability, consumer behavior analysis, and flexibility in business models.
A separate part of the session was devoted to the role of teamwork in business and building effective communication within organizations. The speaker discussed how to develop leadership qualities, motivate teams, and nurture a results-oriented corporate culture. Participants also examined key performance indicators that help evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
In conclusion, Yevhen Vorozhko shared his personal career journey, highlighting the importance of continuous self-development, goal orientation, and confidence in one’s potential.
Mentorship sessions, guest lectures, entrepreneurial workshops, and other activities within the TURBO program foster entrepreneurial thinking, practical business management skills, and professional self-realization among participants in today’s dynamic economic environment.
