On December 20, 2021, the winners of the essay competition among high school students of Chernihiv on the topic “Man and citizen’s rights and responsibilities “, dedicated to Human Rights Day, were awarded. The competition was organized and conducted by Chernihiv Polytechnic National University together with the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights.

The winners of the Essay Contest were:

• 1st place – Ruban Paviel (school № 1, 9th grade);
• 2nd place – Mishchenko Mykyta (lyceum № 15, 11-A class);
• 3rd place – Kudriavtseva Anita (lyceum № 22, 9-A class).

Rector of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University Oleh Novomlynets, Director of the Institute of Law and Social Technologies Liudmyla Ostapenko and Dean of the Faculty of Law Oleksii Seletskyi congratulated the winners, thanked all participants for their interest in the Competition, and wished them not to quit doing research on topics of human and civil rights and responsibilities and also invited to join the future events that will be held at the University!

The winners of the Competition received valuable gifts and certificates of participants!

Those contestants who did not win prizes are also provided with certificates of participants (upon receipt of the certificate, please contact: Chernihiv, 1a Kozatska Street, office 215).
