On 6 November 2025, an online meeting of the consortium of the international Erasmus+ KA2 PROMENT project “Promoting vocational education and active student participation through the establishment of a comprehensive mentoring and tutoring system in institutions” was held, attended by representatives from Ukraine, Georgia, Italy, Austria, Poland and Portugal.

The purpose of the meeting was to summarise the implementation of the PROMENT project and plan the final stage of its implementation.

During the meeting, participants discussed the current status of the implementation of work packages, the results achieved and the difficulties encountered during the implementation of the second stage of piloting tutoring and mentoring programmes at universities in Ukraine and Georgia. During the open discussion, the partners shared their thoughts on how to intensify the dissemination of the PROMENT project results and ensure their sustainability after the end of grant funding.

The meeting ended with an agreement on the next steps necessary for the successful completion of the project.
