A series of training sessions within the Startup-Way to Success-2025 startup school at the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University has been completed
The first part of the university startup school ‘Startup-Way to Success-2025’, which consisted of 9 training modules and was conducted by the startup school’s trainers, has been successfully completed.
During the intensive modules, participants mastered the key aspects of creating a startup:
- Idea generation and validation – participants learnt how to identify relevant problems, conduct brainstorming, study market needs and test their ideas
- Business model development – issues of forming a value proposition, identifying customer segments, choosing promotion channels and building a revenue model were considered
- Team building and soft skills development – the principles of effective teamwork, development of leadership and interpersonal skills necessary for building a successful business were discussed
- The art of presentations – participants mastered digital tools and learnt how to create convincing, logically structured and visually appealing presentations.
The final stage was a pitching session, during which participants worked in microgroups and presented their student start-up ideas.
In May, the second part of the Startup-Way to Success startup school at the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University will start, which involves the participants working with mentors. The next stage is to deepen ideas, test solutions and prepare for scaling.
We are grateful to the startup school coaches for their professionalism, involvement and support, as well as to all participants for their active participation, creativity and teamwork!
Together we create space for innovation!
