A researcher from Chernihiv Polytechnic University received a CRASP & Elsevier scholarship for an internship in Poland
Bohdan Pakhaliuk, a researcher at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, was one of the winners of the competition for a scholarship from the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (CRASP) and Elsevier. The programme aims to support Ukrainian PhD students and young scientists under the age of 35 who wish to develop research in collaboration with Polish universities.
The internship will take place from 1 October 2025 to 25 January 2026 at the Gdynia Maritime University (Poland). The research is dedicated to the topic: ‘Dynamic wireless charging with hybrid coupling’.
As part of the programme, Bohdan Pakhaliuk will work on the development of models and methods for dynamic wireless energy transfer, which is a topical area in the field of transport and energy. The research will include the analysis of new topologies, testing the efficiency of hybrid communication systems and developing recommendations for the practical implementation of technologies in transport infrastructure.
The CRASP & Elsevier programme aims to strengthen international cooperation between Ukrainian and Polish universities and provide young scientists with resource support for conducting research. It is expected that the results of Bohdan Pakhaliuk’s work will contribute to the further development of cooperation between Chernihiv Polytechnic National University and the Gdynia Maritime University in the field of wireless energy transfer.
