On December 20, 2021, the Rector of the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” Novomlynets Oleh Oleksandrovych and the Private Executor of the Executive District of the Chernihiv Region Prykhodko Yurii Mykhailovych signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The purpose of the Memorandum is the cooperation of the Parties to ensure professional training of students majoring in 081 “Law” at the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic”, exchange of information and experience within the competence of the Parties; deepening of theoretical knowledge of law students about the work of subjects of enforcement of decisions, establishing mechanisms for students to gain practical experience in the field of enforcement of decisions by private executors.

The subject of the Memorandum is joint activities of the parties to achieve the goal of the Memorandum, which takes the form of consultations, guest lectures, scientific and practical conferences and round tables, other joint activities, study visits to private performers, and development of projects and programs for students. -Lawyers of practical skills for enforcement of decisions
