A meeting of Sectoral Section 07 “Management and Administration” of the University Employers Council was held
On 21 November 2025, a meeting of Sectoral Section 07 “Management and Administration’ of the Employers” Council was held at the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University. The meeting was attended by representatives of enterprises and institutions in Chernihiv and Chernihiv Region, guarantors of educational programmes, and scientific and pedagogical workers.
Among the employers present were:

- · Pavlo Mekshun, Deputy Head of Technical Issues at the Chernihiv Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination
- · Olesia Nevolko, Head of Marketing at Defence Ukraine
- · Maksym Ruban, Director of the Regional Office in Chernihiv, PJSC IC “PZU Ukraine”
- · Tetiana Ruban, Acting Head of the State Tax Service in Chernihiv Region
- · Anatolii Khrushch, Director of Multidisciplinary Enterprise ATILOS LLC
- · Andrii Shpomer, Deputy Director of KOLTRANS SOLUTIONS LLC
The following issues were discussed during the meeting:
- Deepening cooperation with employers in the educational process, research and project activities.
- Discussion of employers’ recommendations on the possibility of developing distance learning courses (as part of the implementation of the Erasmus+ KA2 project “DEFEP – Distance Education of the Future: Best EU Practices in Response to the Demands of Modern Students and the Labour Market”).
- Promising areas for the preparation of final qualification works in the context of ensuring their practical orientation.
Following the meeting, further areas of cooperation were identified, aimed at developing the educational environment and improving the quality of training for future specialists.
