Since December 2013, Chernihiv National University of Technology has been participating in the implementation of the international Tempus project “Acquisition of professional and entrepreneurial skills through the education of entrepreneurial spirit and consulting start-up entrepreneurs” – 544202-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-AT-TEMPUS-JPHES (BUSEEG -RU-UA). The project is funded by the European Union. The participants of the project are educational institutions and Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Austria, Germany, Hungary and Ukraine.

The final conference on the project was held from September 11 to 17, 2016 in Vienna (Austria). During the conference, representatives of all participating organizations presented the results achieved, exchanged experiences of project activities and discussed prospects for ensuring the sustainability of the project in the medium and long term. In addition, the conference program included acquaintance of partners with the Institute of Economic Pedagogy of the University of Graz, as well as a visit to the counseling center for start-up entrepreneurs at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

At a high professional level, the results achieved by Chernihiv National University of Technology in the framework of the Tempus project were presented by the rector of CNUT, Doctor of Economics, Prof. S.M. Shkarlet, Director of the Institute of Economics, Doctor of Economics, Prof. O.I. Honta, Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Economics L.M. Remniova, Dean of the Faculty of Project Management, Quality Management and Life Support S.I. Ponomarenko, Head of the Department of Economic Theory Yu.V. Kyryliuk.
