General objective of the project is to support Ukrainian higher education institutions, through cooperation and knowledge exchange with European universities, in creating innovative, inclusive, and diverse educational offers aimed at enhancing digital media literacy among students, educators, and the broader Ukrainian community.

The Specific Project Objectives of the project are:

  1. Based on international university-wide interdisciplinary network, to establish and operationalize the interconnected Digital Media Literacy Centres (DMLC) at four Ukrainian universities
  2. To disseminate the project outcomes and the best practices to another actors of the high education in Ukraine and to ensure the sustainability of the DMLCs and continuous promotion of digital media literacy in Ukraine in the context of social and political challenges
  3. Tailored to the identified needs of all target groups, to develop the suitcase of innovative teaching and training materials for digital media literacy courses for different target groups, different proposes and formats
  4. Using the newest digital technologies and didactical concepts, create and operationalize Digital Educational Platforms of the DMLCs
  5. To make pilot tests of all designed courses and training materials and to start systematic delivery of digital media literacy courses and trainings in all formats and for all target groups
  6. To ensure the quality of developed digital media literacy courses and training materials as well as long-term efficiency of the project
