The aim of the EU Tempus BUSEEG-RU-UA project is development and implementation of the concept of lifelong learning in Russia and Ukraine in order to develop students’ professional and entrepreneurial skills, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as consulting entrepreneurs on the basis of universities, technical schools and colleges with the support of training centers for educators, regional chambers of commerce and industry (CCI) and ministries of education.

Project goals:
1. Introduction or modernization of the normative and educational-methodological support for the upbringing of an entrepreneurial spirit in universities for students of different specialties:

curricula;
methodical-didactic materials;
training of at least 400 students in Russia and Ukraine.

2. Introduction or modernization of the process of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in TVET institutions for students of different specialties (economics, technology, tourism, etc.):

educational programs;
methodical-didactic materials;
training of at least 400 students in Russia and Ukraine.

3. Establishment or reorganization of business consulting centers for graduates of higher education institutions with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry:

consulting centers in 8 institutions of higher professional education in Russia and Ukraine;
consultation concepts;
individual consultations of graduates.

4. Establishment or reorganization of business consulting centers for graduates of TVET institutions with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry:

consulting centers in 10 TVET institutions in Russia and Ukraine;
consultation concepts;
individual consultations of graduates.

5. Advanced training of teachers of TVET institutions in economics and economic didactics in order to support the development of an entrepreneurial spirit on the basis of universities and centers for advanced training of educators:

development of programs for advanced training;
advanced training of at least 60 teachers of TVET institutions.

6. Advanced training of institutions of higher professional education in economic didactics:

conferences;
consulting seminars;
seminars for animators;
advanced training of at least 90 teachers of higher education institutions.
